{"id":54169,"date":"2025-11-15T13:06:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:06:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/head-of-operations-uae-national\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:06:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:06:52","slug":"head-of-operations-uae-national","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/head-of-operations-uae-national\/","title":{"rendered":"Head of Operations (UAE National)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2674560<\/p>\n<p><h3>Job summary <\/h3>\n<p>Plan, implement and manage the various aspects of operational and processing support to ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank\u2019s operational objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards while ensuring efficient cost-effective processing of transactions. <\/p>\n<h3>Main Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to centralise progressively the Bank\u2019s operational activities to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings. <\/li>\n<li>Guide and ensure preparation and implementation of policies and procedures related to bank\u2019s operations. <\/li>\n<li>Review requirements of Business Units including branches in terms of their operational support requirement and ensure timely implementation. <\/li>\n<li>Manage Operations projects including automation, ensure timely completion, achievement of objectives and cost efficiencies.
