The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the <b>Software industry <\/b>, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. A <b>valid UAE driving license <\/b> is mandatory for this role. <\/p>\n<h3>Base pay range <\/h3>\n<p>This range is provided by Intertec Systems. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience \u2014 talk with your recruiter to learn more. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for software solutions <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance\/software companies, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East. <\/li>\n<li>Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos, and presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Represent New Technology System at industry events, client meetings, and solution workshops. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales. <\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in the software industry, selling ERP solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license is mandatory. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0641\u0636\u0644\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms and digital front-office solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with public sector or regulatory bodies in insurance\/BFSI is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East sector. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join Us?
