You\u2019ll be responsible for building Orbitworks\u2019 narrative and showcasing our work, people, and culture to candidates, partners, and the broader space community. We are looking for someone who can combine strategy with execution, and who has a proven track record of scaling an online presence. <\/p>\n<p>We want someone who can bring Orbitworks to life online; a self-starter who is creative, resourceful, and sharp in execution. If you love creating content that builds communities and inspires people, and you\u2019ve proven you can grow a brand\u2019s presence from the ground up, we\u2019d love to hear from you. <\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute Orbitworks\u2019 content and social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, blog, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content to highlight Orbitworks\u2019 projects, people, and culture <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top global talent <\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow Orbitworks\u2019 digital presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across channels <\/li>\n<li>Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content and campaigns accordingly <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership, People, and BD teams to align campaigns with company goals <\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends to position Orbitworks as a thought leader in the space and technology ecosystem <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Must Haves: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing in a fast-paced industry (tech, aerospace, or startup preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Strong <b>portfolio or links to brands\/personal accounts you have scaled in the past <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of digital platforms and audience growth strategies <\/li>\n<li>Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice to Haves: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools <\/li>\n<li>Experience running paid social or digital campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Event branding or ecosystem marketing experience <\/li>\n<li>Basic video editing and production skills <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to employer branding or talent marketing in a high-growth environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Orbitworks&#8217; mission is to make space simple for organizations that want to deploy physical and virtual missions to space. Building on Loft Orbital&#8217;s heritage, Orbitworks will be the first commercial firm in the United Arab Emirates to mass-manufacture satellites.
