Tier-2 is defined as the reseller of Canon products who purchases Canon products from Canon\u2019s designated distributors (business partners) and will be responsible for: channel penetration, demand generation, brand visibility and enhancing Canon MASH in the assigned territories. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Channel, Account and Competition Mapping. <\/li>\n<li>Develop Canon\u2019s \u201cReach\u201d within Tier 2 channels. <\/li>\n<li>Day-to-day of Tier 1 partner inventory analysis and implementation of actions to enhance healthy sell-out. <\/li>\n<li>Establish Tier 2 contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of the Tier 2 partner (Account Decision Makers). <\/li>\n<li>Introduce Canon products at the account utilizing the relationship established with Tier 2 dealers. <\/li>\n<li>Product training to Tier 2 salesmen and merchandisers. <\/li>\n<li>Carry out demand generation activities such as events and seminars. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Marketing Activity Calendar in coordination with the Country Manager and the Tier 1 partner. <\/li>\n<li>Appoint\/work with local marketing agency to carry out planned activities in the local market in coordination with the Marcom team, adhering to Canon brand and corporate guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the Channel Partner program in the country with a regular sell-out reporting mechanism. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance Canon\u2019s brand awareness in the market by improving in-store visibility and developing localized POS materials and display stands. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the after-sales services department to ensure optimal QoS within end users. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, diplomatic\/negotiation abilities, and capacity to build trust-based relationships with Canon partners and support functions. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with and relate to stakeholders at many levels. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent market knowledge and willingness to be closer to the market. <\/li>\n<li>Formal qualifications: university level (desirable). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar international or regional sales role (with a similar company, national distributor, or trading company) \u2013 very desirable. <\/li>\n<li>Background and knowledge of market environments \u2013 desirable. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \u2013 essential. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>Canon Middle East FZ LLC, a subsidiary of Canon Europe, is the operational headquarters for Canon in the Middle East based in Dubai, UAE.
