The successful candidate will join a scholarly academic environment dedicated to excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct high-quality research leading to publications in top-tier, refereed journals and develop and sustain funded research initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship and related disciplines, employing innovative and practical approaches to enhance student learning. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the Entrepreneurship Lab, creating hands-on, practical opportunities that integrate academic knowledge with real-world applications. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor students, advising them on academic and professional development, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Entrepreneurship program. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in service activities that promote the growth and reputation of UAEU and its entrepreneurship program. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize industry experience in the UAE and internationally to ensure the program&#8217;s practical relevance and quality. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Qualification <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field. The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must.
