Assist with IFRS conversions and provide guidance on accounting treatments. <\/li>\n<li>Project Management &#038; Audit Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day activities for client projects, including preparing financial reports, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Support clients in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Financial Analysis &#038; Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to support decision-making and client communications. <\/li>\n<li>Research &#038; Compliance: Conduct research on emerging accounting standards and financial regulations to provide actionable insights for clients. Support compliance assessments and ensure clients adhere to financial regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Continuous Learning &#038; Team Collaboration: Engage in internal training and development sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and technical standards. Work closely with senior consultants and team members to drive project success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Interest in Accounting &#038; IFRS: A strong interest in financial reporting, IFRS, and accounting practices, with a passion for learning about their practical applications in business. <\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software or tools is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and with precision when preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities through financial data analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Communication &#038; Teamwork: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly present complex accounting concepts.
