The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, and a proven track record of implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &#038; Operations solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for clients. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>D365 F&#038;O Technical Implementation: <\/strong> Lead and support the technical implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &#038; Operations. This includes working through the full project lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and post-go-live support. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Customization and Development: <\/strong> Perform custom development tasks in D365, including creating, configuring, and deploying custom modules, reports, and integrations. Utilize X++ programming language to modify core business processes and extend system capabilities. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Migration: <\/strong> Design and execute data migration strategies and processes from legacy systems to D365. Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency throughout the migration process. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration: <\/strong> Develop and maintain integration solutions between D365 F&#038;O and other systems (e.g., CRM, third-party applications, legacy systems) using integration tools such as OData, REST, and data entities. <\/li>\n<li><strong>System Performance Optimization: <\/strong> Analyze, diagnose, and optimize the performance of D365 F&#038;O solutions. Provide solutions to improve system speed, reliability, and scalability. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Documentation: <\/strong> Create and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations. Ensure all work is well-documented for future reference and support. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration: <\/strong> Work closely with functional consultants to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Participate in design workshops and business requirement sessions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus. <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> 7+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Proven experience in technical implementation projects of D365 F&#038;O. Strong experience with X++ programming language, AOT (Application Object Tree), and other D365 development tools. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Technical Skills <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations <\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of D365 F&#038;O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in customizations, extensions, and data migration within the D365 F&#038;O ecosystem. <\/li>\n<li>Programming and Development: Strong proficiency in X++ programming and debugging. Experience with .NET, C#, and other development languages used for custom development in D365. Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. <\/li>\n<li>Integrations &#038; Data Management: Strong experience in integrating D365 with other systems using services such as OData, REST APIs, and Data Entities. Familiarity with SQL Server and Data Warehouse concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Performance Tuning &#038; Troubleshooting: Experience in diagnosing and optimizing system performance.
