The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in solutioning and implementing a smart parks solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of various digital components, including consumer-facing websites and apps, content and ticket management systems, kiosks, POS machines, and more.<br \/><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<br \/><\/strong><strong><em>Requirement Analysis:<br \/><\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed analysis to understand the needs and objectives of the park transformation project. <\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution Design<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design functional solutions that align with the project goals and stakeholder requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to illustrate solution functionalities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the design integrates seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Implementation And Testing<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with technical teams to oversee the implementation of functional solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and address any concerns. <\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation And Reporting<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create comprehensive documentation for functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Specific Responsibilities<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and document requirements for consumer-facing websites and mobile applications. <\/li>\n<li>Develop functional specifications for content management systems and ticket management systems. <\/li>\n<li>Design workflows for the deployment of kiosks, POS machines, ticket redemption stations, and barrier gates. <\/li>\n<li>Create functional requirements for parking management solutions, including barrier gates control, capacity management, and order management. <\/li>\n<li>Develop processes for venue booking, show booking, chalet booking, merchandise sales, event promotion, marketing campaigns, and B2B sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, preferably in the digital transformation, smart city, or tourism sectors. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in creating smart environments. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management methodologies and software tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a
