This position requires a blend of technical expertise and product\/project management skills to ensure a seamless transition and alignment with global payment practices. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement strategies for the payments and receivables function to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the management of high-value digital transformation projects, including technology implementation and business process improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results that align with the payments and Receivables unit and the strategic Technology propositions driven or supported by the unit. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the evaluation and implementation of new payment solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards around connectivity, Payment Engine and ISO-20022 formats. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with sales, FX, and cash management teams for product commercialization and client implementations. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate internal opportunities and identify best practices to improve organizational and system performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on channels, payments, cash management, and treasury operations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering high-value digital transformation projects and technology implementations. <\/li>\n<li>Experience of corporate banking channels and its workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing payments solutions in Banks\/Corporate Customers. <\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with ISO 20022 CBPR+ migration initiative\/ knowledge on SWIFT messages MT \/MX. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in conducting client sessions on ISO 20022 and drive client adoption. <\/li>\n<li>Certifications in business analytics, securities &#038;
