{"id":54497,"date":"2025-11-15T13:07:59","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/bim-manager-mep\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:08:00","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:08:00","slug":"bim-manager-mep","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/bim-manager-mep\/","title":{"rendered":"BIM Manager (MEP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2676699<\/p>\n<p>Join to apply for the <strong>BIM Manager (MEP) <\/strong> role at <strong>iTech Engineering Consultancy <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Join to apply for the <strong>BIM Manager (MEP) <\/strong> role at <strong>iTech Engineering Consultancy <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description Summary<br \/><\/strong>The BIM Manager is responsible for planning and executing assigned BIM projects profitably by meeting the allocated time, resources, and budget objectives &#8211; he\/she may lead technical resources within one or multiple disciplines (MEP &#038; infrastructure) for the duration of a project and ensures BIM standards comply with the contract terms. <\/p>\n<p><strong>BIM Manager<br \/><\/strong>Job Title: BIM MEP Manager<br \/>Reports to: COO<br \/><strong>Job Description Summary<br \/><\/strong>The BIM Manager is responsible for planning and executing assigned BIM projects profitably by meeting the allocated time, resources, and budget objectives &#8211; he\/she may lead technical resources within one or multiple disciplines (MEP &#038; infrastructure) for the duration of a project and ensures BIM standards comply with the contract terms.<br \/><strong>General Responsibilities<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare BIM documentation &#038; Guidelines for project-specific requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Implement BIM technologies on large-scale construction projects using BIM models. <\/li>\n<li>Lead a sub-team of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects. <\/li>\n<li>Train of project personnel in the use of BIM tools &#038; technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement best practices and standards to optimize BIM project delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to assigned project resources (BIM Engineers\/Architects\/, BIM Coordinators, Junior BIM Engineers\/Architects) <\/li>\n<li>Allocate and dispatch daily tasks for assigned project (roles, and responsibilities). <\/li>\n<li>Promote the companys values and reward employees demonstrating supportive behaviors. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate project setup, resources allocation, project milestones and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Assist project teams with review \/ approval of RFI (Request for Information). <\/li>\n<li>Meet &#038; coordinate with Clients, Sub-Contractors or 3rd party service providers to resolve design issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perform corrective actions to meet project deadlines and profitability objectives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project-specific BIM documents, standards, and QA\/QC. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise project BIM model backups, documentation &#038; submittals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead weekly project update meetings with allocated resources. <\/li>\n<li>Administer &#038; monitor all activities taking place on the CDE. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the engineering Managers, project directors and discipline engineers to maintain timely deliverables <\/li>\n<li>Develop &#038; implement BIM workflow\/ processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Skills Or Experience Requirements<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferable. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years (including supervisory skills) BIM project experience Project Architect\/Engineer, Project Manager or equivalent.
