Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience \u2014 talk with your recruiter to learn more. <\/p>\n<h3>Base pay range <\/h3>\n<p><strong>Skills:<br \/><\/strong>Windows OS troubleshooting, Active Directory management, Microsoft 365 Administration, VPN setup and support, Remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn), PC hardware maintenance, Network configuration, ITIL knowledge,<br \/><strong>JOB TITLE: <\/strong> Technical Specialist End User Support\/ Desktop Support Engineer<br \/><strong>JOB PURPOSE: <\/strong> To handle customer calls and ensure the smooth operation of desktop computers, laptops, and other related devices, resolving hardware and software issues to maintain productivity.<br \/><strong>QUALIFICATION: <\/strong> Bachelors degree with knowledge of IT<br \/><strong>CERTIFICATIONS: <\/strong> Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft products and ITIL Processes<br \/><strong>EXPERIENCE: <\/strong> 2-3 Years<br \/><strong>REPORTING TO: <\/strong> TBD<br \/><strong>Responsibilities (includes All Tasks)<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communications skills in English &#038; Arabic <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM, storage, peripherals). <\/li>\n<li>Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. <\/li>\n<li>Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS). <\/li>\n<li>Deploy and support software applications (e.g., productivity suites, antivirus, security tools). <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance with printers, scanners, and other peripherals. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wireless and wired connections. <\/li>\n<li>Configure network settings and troubleshoot VPN connections. <\/li>\n<li>User Account Management &#8211;
