{"id":54534,"date":"2025-11-15T13:08:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:08:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/consultant-environment-and-sustainability-governance-services\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:08:08","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:08:08","slug":"consultant-environment-and-sustainability-governance-services","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/consultant-environment-and-sustainability-governance-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultant &#8211; Environment and Sustainability Governance Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2676921<\/p>\n<h3>Consultant &#8211; Environment and Sustainability Governance Services <\/h3>\n<p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a<br \/><\/strong><strong>Major duties and responsibilities<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assist companies in better understand and develop solutions to respond to the complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and business environment risks and opportunities associated with ESG\/Sustainability and Decarbonization. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and enhance the analysis of corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhance their sustainability\/ESG strategy, methods, framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving their sustainability\/ ESG objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Development of sustainability\/ESG programs and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metric\/KPI identification (in alignment with common sustainability\/ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coach engagement teams to perform fieldwork, including data collection, analysis, and work paper documentation; prepare, edit, and proofread narrative reports and presentations of observations and recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Support team leads with client relationships, business development efforts, and drafting thought leadership, as well as internal collateral and pieces of training on sustainability and ESG topics; work closely, but independently, under the direction of Managers, Directors, and Partners. <\/li>\n<li>Review of relevant sustainability data (i.e. benchmarking, trends, regulatory developments). <\/li>\n<li>Day to day management of projects, ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and manage budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Coach junior team members to develop new skills, monitor their performance, support their development and help manage their career growth. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn concepts outside of your area of expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in ESG\/Sustainability or equivalent studies. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the following concepts and frameworks preferred: <\/li>\n<li>Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) <\/li>\n<li>Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) <\/li>\n<li>Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) <\/li>\n<li>Sustainably Development Goals (SDGs) <\/li>\n<li>United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) <\/li>\n<li>Environmental, Health &#038; Safety (EHS) like ISO 1400, 45001.etc. <\/li>\n<li>Social Return on Investment (SROI) or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Energy related standards like ISO 50001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience Requirements<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 years of previous work experience <\/li>\n<li>Experience with sustainability consulting is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interpersonal Skills<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive and independent person, with an ability to initiate tasks independently. <\/li>\n<li>Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others.
