We are looking for an M&#038;A Deal Lead to lead M&#038;A processes end-to-end from LOI to close. <\/p>\n<h3>Summary <\/h3>\n<p>As an M&#038;A Deal Lead you will own the full deal lifecycle for multiple acquisitions each year \u2014 from sourcing and evaluation through closing and integration \u2014 across B2B software companies in niche global markets. You\u2019ll meet directly with founders to assess strategic fit, determine valuations, and structure deals.
