Proven lead level capabilities at EPC stage along with strong <b>HYSYS <\/b> and offshore Process Systems experience is required. <\/p>\n<p><b>Principal Process Engineer <\/b> with hands on offshore process platform experience comprising: Compression, Gas Dehydration, Vapor Recovery, Flare and Utilities and Brownfield work. Proven lead level capabilities at EPC stage along with strong <b>HYSYS <\/b> and offshore Process Systems experience is required. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Become fully familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues. Interpret contractual requirements as they relate to engineering execution. <\/li>\n<li>Identify changes to scope and promptly raise change notifications, including providing any necessary supporting documentation and estimates. Provide similar support for Variation Orders. <\/li>\n<li>Interface with all disciplines to develop clash free designs. <\/li>\n<li>Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain close co-ordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning and Project Management Team, as required. <\/li>\n<li>Document substantive communications (communications that result in significant decisions or assignment of actions) and forward copies to Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and man-hour estimates, identifying software requirements and any other project-specific requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare bid&#8217;s and project&#8217;s Discipline engineering budget and execution plans, updating as required. <\/li>\n<li>Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope and to maintain preferred McDermott procedures, specifications, standards, practices and operational requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review and (as Lead Engineer) approve Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies and technical specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity. <\/li>\n<li>Review project schedule and fabrication schedule in relation to construction sequence, milestones and engineering scope. <\/li>\n<li>Attend project kickoff and review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and offshore site surveys, as required. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical direction and review of Designers producing products related to Process Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review and (as Lead Engineer) approve design reports and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing necessary design inputs to other disciplines to enable them in proceeding with their deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Review and (as Lead Engineer) approve vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Present issues and problems to Customers in a timely manner and assist Lead Engineer in negotiating resolution in accordance with project and company requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Guide less experienced engineers on MDR and Discipline procedures, standards, worksheets, design calculations, software, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, technical queries, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and guide assigned engineers and coordinate with project Lead Designers for Discipline engineering and design deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor costs of own work processes. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the engineering integrity of the assigned work area. <\/li>\n<li>Develop communication and presentation skills (e.g., write technical papers, participate in conferences and\/or seminars, present design solutions and\/or present topics at lunch and learns; etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for checking the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:\n<ul>\n<li>Process simulations \/ Heat and material balances. <\/li>\n<li>Process flow diagrams (PFD). <\/li>\n<li>Piping and instrument diagrams (P&#038;ID). <\/li>\n<li>Equipment and instrument process datasheets. <\/li>\n<li>Process specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Operating philosophy and startup and operating manuals. <\/li>\n<li>Equipment list (process data). <\/li>\n<li>Line list (process data). <\/li>\n<li>Equipment and line sizing calculations. <\/li>\n<li>Flare radiation and dispersion calculations. <\/li>\n<li>Depressurization and flare network studies. <\/li>\n<li>Process studies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provide process assistance to other disciplines by performing IDC \/ providing inputs as required for the following activities:\n<ul>\n<li>Layout review <\/li>\n<li>Area classification drawings <\/li>\n<li>Safety studies <\/li>\n<li>Electrical load list <\/li>\n<li>Equipment datasheets <\/li>\n<li>Instrument datasheets <\/li>\n<li>ESD and F&#038;G logic diagrams and control narratives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Participate in HAZAN, HAZID, HAZOP and other safety \/ operability \/ reliability studies and workshops. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in close out of HAZOP action items. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the Discipline team during project audits (internal, Customer and third party technical audits) and Design Reviews. <\/li>\n<li>When acting as Lead Engineer, in addition:\n<ul>\n<li>Act as project-based Discipline point of contact in communications and meetings with Customer counterparts. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure substantive communications are documented. <\/li>\n<li>Identify project staff needs based on knowledge of individual engineer&#8217;s skill sets and provide requests to the Discipline manager. <\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and assign tasks, responsibilities and man-hours budgets to the discipline team and verify tasks are completed within budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Plan Discipline Level 4 detail deliverable schedule \/ register compliant with the overall execution plan. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare working forecasts identifying change management plans, corrective action and real-time schedule. <\/li>\n<li>Provide Discipline inputs for actual, planning and forecasting progress reports including associated productivity. <\/li>\n<li>Alert project team of any deviation from the scope or a need for change order. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPI measurement results and take corrective action as necessary to improve Discipline performance, including performance at interfaces with others. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other Discipline Lead Engineers and Designers to ensure timely receipt of necessary design inputs. <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve requisitions, technical quotation evaluations and queries, compiled bid tabulations and recommendations and purchase requisitions;
