Overview <\/h3>\n

The Reconciliation Analyst will monitor and reconcile automated upgrade\/downgrade outputs, identify discrepancies, and collaborate across Product, Tech, and Ops to resolve issues. The role involves preparing and submitting bulk files for manual updates when automation exceptions occur and maintaining detailed logs for audit and compliance purposes. <\/p>\n

  • Monitor and reconcile automated upgrade\/downgrade outputs using system-generated reports <\/li>\n
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or failures to relevant squads (Product, Tech, Ops) for resolution <\/li>\n
  • Prepare and submit bulk files for manual updates via Operations when automation exceptions occur <\/li>\n
  • Maintain detailed logs of reconciliations, escalations, and manual interventions for audit and compliance purposes <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance automation logic, reduce exceptions, and improve process robustness <\/li>\n
  • Contribute to SOPs and documentation for exception handling, escalation protocols, and reconciliation workflows <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3-4 years of experience with reconciliation processes and operational reporting <\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail <\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data formatting) <\/li>\n
    • Clear communicator with the ability to work across technical and business teams <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with banking operations is preferred <\/li>\n
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment <\/li>\n
    • Experience working in Agile squads or cross-functional delivery teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
