It requires domain understanding of transactions and trade monitoring systems. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage compliance projects and BAU initiatives for AML in multi-jurisdiction environments. <\/li>\n<li>Implementation experience of AML (Anti Money Laundering) \/ TBML (Trade Based Money Laundering) solutions (SAS AML, Norkom, Ace Pelican). <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of compliance systems (transaction monitoring). <\/li>\n<li>Design, develop and implement SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican solutions in complex banking environments. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican with core banking applications and complex data structures. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer reporting requirements, both compliance and regulatory, are addressed. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican solutions to reduce false positives and improve business processes. <\/li>\n<li>Develop, communicate, maintain, and enforce the overall architecture of the SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican environments at assigned clients. <\/li>\n<li>Understand solution components and how they interoperate to support business processes and management information needs. <\/li>\n<li>Interface and integration strategies with external systems and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing and integrating SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican with a variety of banking applications and solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Map data from source systems (e.g., core banking, onboarding and mobile applications) to the SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican model. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare design and architecture artefacts. <\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican solutions integrated to Oracle, DB2 and SQL databases as well as Hadoop and Data Lake environments. <\/li>\n<li>8-10 years of experience within Banking IT domain with at least 5 years in the AML domain. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in diverse environments with different vendors, onsite\/offshore teams, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Banking industry knowledge is an added asset. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate should possess University degree in Economics\/Commerce\/Business Administration\/MIS\/IT\/Computer Science. <\/li>\n<li>Professional work experience in Bank or IT Company for 10 years. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in AML\/TBML projects implementation in a Compliance domain. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work on transaction monitoring domain from multiple jurisdictions and experience in successful project management &#038; execution around transaction monitoring, sanctions and regulatory compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Mandatory Experience of end-to-end implementation of SAS AML \/ Ace Pelican products. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management and team coordination to deliver tasks on time. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications in SAS, ACAMS is preferable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of compliance domain and project management. <\/li>\n<li>Risk mitigation, stakeholder management and change management. <\/li>\n<li>Change authority board approval and go live. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge about AWS\/Azure cloud is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Proven project delivery track. <\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to influence &#038;
