{"id":54783,"date":"2025-11-15T13:08:55","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:08:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-counsel\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T13:08:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:08:57","slug":"senior-counsel","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-counsel\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Counsel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2678592<\/p>\n<p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Senior Counsel <\/b> role at <b>VerifiedJobs.ae <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>Join to apply for the <b>Senior Counsel <\/b> role at <b>VerifiedJobs.ae <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide corporate advice and support on a wide range of legal issues and projects to the OWG businesses in the India Middle East Africa region. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and draft various types of legal documents including contracts, memos, subcontracts, vendor agreements and other legal documents. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze new and changing laws and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Identify liability exposure and provide creative solutions to manage and reduce risk. <\/li>\n<li>Interact with outside counsel for the Company as well as outside counsel for adverse parties. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct negotiations with external third parties, elevating unresolved legal issues to other members of the legal department as appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Provide business colleagues with practical advice and guidance and develop solutions to issues while managing business and legal considerations. <\/li>\n<li>Interpret and explain contract terms and legal issues to internal business colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with responding to RFP proposals to prospective clients. <\/li>\n<li>Manage workflow effectively in a proactive and responsive fashion. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience Required <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires 3+ years of legal experience obtained at a law firm or corporate legal department. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with review and independent negotiation of contracts.
