Your Mission \u2013 The Role
<\/strong>We\u2019re looking for a driven Sales Executive \u2013 Groups Business <\/strong> to grow our group and MICE segment from the European and CIS markets <\/strong>. You\u2019ll be the connector between international travel partners and our iconic lifestyle hotel, ensuring group stays are not only seamless but unforgettable.<\/p>\n

  • Source and secure group business (rooms & events) from European and CIS markets. <\/li>\n
  • Build lasting relationships with DMCs, tour operators, event planners, and corporates. <\/li>\n
  • Customize proposals and contracts in line with client needs and Hyatt Centric brand standards. <\/li>\n
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and in-market activations. <\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Front Office teams for a seamless guest journey. <\/li>\n
  • Analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and share market insights to drive growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales with a focus on groups\/MICE segment. <\/li>\n
      • Strong network in European and\/or CIS markets is essential. <\/li>\n
      • Great communicator \u2013 English fluency is a must; Russian or a European language is a plus. <\/li>\n
      • Passionate about hospitality, cultures, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. <\/li>\n
      • Experience with Opera, Delphi, or other CRM tools is preferred. <\/li>\n
      • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on achieving targets and being part of a team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n
