This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining NICE inContact Contact Center solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and support NICE inContact Studio, ACD, IVR, WFM, and QM modules <\/li>\n<li>Integrate NICE inContact with CRM platforms and third-party APIs <\/li>\n<li>Handle scripting, call flow design, and customization using Studio tools <\/li>\n<li>Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution <\/li>\n<li>Monitor system performance and optimize workflows <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and client-side stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Document configurations, processes, and technical procedures <\/li>\n<li>Provide support during UAT and go-live phases <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills &#038;
