You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our network systems. Maintenance:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor, maintain, install and optimize mobile telecom network performance, including radio access networks (RAN), core networks, VSAT, Fiber optics and transmission systems. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, installation, replacement and performance tuning of network equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for network operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Field Operations Support<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecom equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in the field, including signal interference, connectivity problems, and hardware or software malfunctions. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with NOC, field technicians and contractors to ensure timely resolution of network outages and service disruptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IT Troubleshooting &#038; Support<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues affecting network operations, including server, database, VSAT systems and software application problems. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support for network management systems (NMS) and operational support systems (OSS). <\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect network infrastructure from cyber threats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in network expansion and upgrade projects, including site surveys, equipment deployment, and system integration. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, parts and services. <\/li>\n<li>Document project progress, technical specifications, and operational procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting &#038; Analysis<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate reports on network performance, incident resolution, and maintenance activities. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze network data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for enhancing network reliability and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Support<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a technical point of contact for escalated customer issues related to network performance. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with customer support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><strong>Professional Experience:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile telecom network field operations and IT troubleshooting. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with 3G\/4G\/5G technologies, RAN, core networks, Fiber optics and transmission systems. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of network protocols, IT systems, and cybersecurity practices. <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skillset Required<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using network management software and IT troubleshooting tools. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to field sites as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications (Preferred)<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications. <\/li>\n<li>ITIL or similar IT service management certification. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei) are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645<br \/><\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.<br \/>check(event) ;
