Job Description & Summary
<\/strong>At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.<\/p>\n

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.
