The successful applicants will possess robust S\/4HANA transformation experience and will have a passion for delivering innovative solutions that add substantial value to our clients, contributing to our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Management Consulting Industry. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The OpportunityAs an <strong>SAP FI\/CO Expert<\/strong> you will strategically align technology with business objectives. You&#8217;ll excel in the role as the clients trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.<br \/>The role will include but not be limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Collaborate closely with clients, providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Execute the design, build, testing, and deployment phases, emphasizing SAP FI\/CO best practices within S\/4HANA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Process analysis, design\/ redesign of Integrated Financial processes as per sector best practise and\/or clients&#8217; business model.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Understanding and documenting the functional and technical requirements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Depending on your seniority and experience: setting up projects, leading tasks and project as well as performing effort estimations and stakeholder management.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Work closely with our clients in the implementation of large-scale SAP systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Work within a multi-language, multicultural, multi-discipline environment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Work with <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/tenthpin\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tenthpin<\/a> team members in identifying new technologies and opportunities, build new service\/product offerings to clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Your Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant SAP skills, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Relevant years of experience as <strong>Senior<\/strong><strong>Associate <\/strong>(4+ years) \/ <strong>Advisor <\/strong>(6+ years)\/<strong> Director<\/strong> (15+ years) in large scale SAP implementation projects.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>At least 2 full project lifecycles (min. for Senior Associate level) as an SAP FI\/CO Consultant in a S\/4HANA project.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong business process understanding in the Financial area, e.g. Cash Management, Credit Management, Forecasting &amp; Planning, Clinical Trial Accounting etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Good experience of relevant accounting standards i.e. US GAAP, IFRS, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on Consulting expertise in business process &amp; template design, including customization\/ configuration for functional specifications in SAP FI\/CO Module on S\/4HANA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledgeable about SAP FI\/CO integration with other areas, including but not limited to Sales &amp; Distribution, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>First-hand experience with SAP FSCM, Fiori or other SAP modules and new technologies (SAC, GRC, BPC, etc.) is a plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A proven track record in a Big 4, Major SI, or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals, would be advantageous.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Good soft skills &amp; communication skills (English and business fluent in local language of hiring country).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibility to travel, particularly in Europe (on Clients&#8217; demand).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Why <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/tenthpin\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tenthpin<\/a><\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/tenthpin\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tenthpin<\/a> is a Global Consulting and Technology Boutique for the Life Sciences industry.
