Analyze, design, and maintain software applications using the Symitar core system.<\/li>\n
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve program errors and issues from the ticketing system.<\/li>\n
Provide user support, train staff, and improve system efficiency through automation.<\/li>\n
Mentor junior team members and assist in process improvements to enhance system efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
