This role is essential to ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate patient appointments, including handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and remind patients of upcoming visits.<\/li>\n<li> Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize provider schedules and avoid conflicts. <\/li>\n<li> Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions. <\/li>\n<li> Follow HIPAA and practice confidentiality guidelines at all times. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience scheduling patient appointments in a dental practice is a must.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7 per hour.
