This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced B2B seller who understands stablecoins, regulated crypto infrastructure, treasury and FX economics, and has a proven track record selling into finance and operations teams (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Finance, and Payments). You will close high-value deals, run pilots, and drive adoption of InstantPay by helping customers reduce settlement time and FX costs while ensuring regulatory and operational safety.<\/div>\n<div><b style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0642\u0639<\/b>: This role is a full-time remote position. <\/div>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a\u0629:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies (Hunting) + cross-sell &amp; upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales.<\/li>\n<li>Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth as an individual contributor.<\/li>\n<li>Full sales cycle ownership for <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/jeeves\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jeeves<\/a> InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions: prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposal, negotiation, pilots, implementation and expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers (exporters\/importers, e-commerce sellers, IT\/outsourcing firms, logistics providers, SaaS companies and multinationals) across your assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>Sell value at the CFO\/Head of Treasury level \u2014 demonstrate FX economics (up to ~80% FX cost savings vs traditional banking), settlement time improvements, and operational benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow a pipeline: create territory planning, account strategies, and forecast accurately to hit quota.<\/li>\n<li>Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery: work with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and partner stablecoin\/custody providers to ensure smooth onboarding and secure settlement rails.<\/li>\n<li>Be the voice of the customer \u2014 provide timely, detailed feedback to Product and Engineering to evolve InstantPay\u2019s features and integrations (cards, credit, spend management, APIs).<\/li>\n<li>Work with Partnerships &amp; Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers and infrastructure partners (e.g., G+D and other regulated providers).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and own go-to-market plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and case studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>6+ years<\/b> of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals; prior quota-bearing AE role preferred.<\/li>\n<li><b>Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure<\/b>, OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk \u2014 and practical experience working through KYC\/KYB and compliance requirements for payments\/treasury products.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in <b>\u0625\u0646\u062c\u0644\u064a\u0632\u064a<\/b> and <b>Spanish<\/b> or <b>Portuguese<\/b> a plus. <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/jeeves\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jeeves<\/a> is global and requires strong cross-regional communication.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent consultative selling skills \u2014 build financial models, present ROI and negotiate commercial contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals (exporters\/importers, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS).<\/li>\n<li>Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment \u2014 proactive, resilient and metrics-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What will set you up for success: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactiveness: We\u2019re a small team with a lean mindset.
