Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead and mentor a team of account managers, ensuring they deliver best-in-class client experiences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and implement client success strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and account growth<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Define KPIs for client success and track performance across accounts and the team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as an escalation point for key client issues, providing solutions and guidance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build long-term relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring trust and alignment with their business goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee regular client reporting, translating complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Standardize account management processes, SOPs, and workflows across the team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate across internal teams (GBP, PPC, SEO, Meta, Website Development, and creative) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new services by highlighting value and results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure continuous growth<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with leadership to shape company-wide client strategies and growth initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>7+ years in account management or client success, agency experience strongly preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven leadership experience managing a team of account managers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communicator \u2014 confident, articulate, and capable of presenting to clients and executives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with digital marketing (PPC, SEO, content, Meta ads) \u2014 strategic understanding required, hands-on execution optional<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and handle escalations with professionalism<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bonus: experience in the home services or contractor industry, CRM knowledge, or light marketing\/creative background<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Hours &amp;
