You\u2019ll focus on&nbsp;<em>strategy, testing frameworks, and performance direction<\/em>, while execution is handled by an ads technician team.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll collaborate directly with U.S. leadership and provide clear strategic direction that drives measurable local business growth.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You\u2019ll Own<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Paid media strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Campaign structure, testing plans, and optimization priorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Budget pacing and performance analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identifying opportunities to scale winning campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Clear weekly insights and next-step recommendations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will work closely with leadership during US business hours and guide execution through structured handoffs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You Will <em>Not<\/em> Be Responsible For<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Building campaigns from scratch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Uploading creatives or making routine changes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pixel installs, tracking QA, or technical setup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Day-to-day maintenance tasks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(This role is strategy-first by design.)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience improving CPL, ROAS, or lead quality through testing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, and GA4<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to explain <em>why<\/em> something worked or didn\u2019t<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable collaborating, giving recommendations, and pushing back when needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prior experience working with US clients or agencies preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Schedule &amp;
