Your role will be to take it from \u201cworking\u201d to production-ready \u2014 ensuring it is stable, scalable, secure, and polished enough for a public launch and real-world usage.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with significant ownership and influence over the product\u2019s technical direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Taking an existing MVP and bringing it to market-ready, production quality<br \/>Designing and refining backend APIs and data models<br \/>Improving frontend UX, usability, and performance<br \/>Ensuring the system is stable, secure, and scalable<br \/>Identifying and resolving edge cases, bugs, and technical debt<br \/>Making pragmatic architectural decisions that support long-term growth<br \/>Working closely with the founder to move fast while maintaining engineering discipline<br \/>Writing clean, maintainable, well-structured TypeScript<br \/>Applying a product-minded engineering approach, not just feature delivery<br \/>Thriving in an environment with ambiguity, iteration, and evolving requirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role<br \/>Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend<br \/>Solid React experience building production-grade user interfaces<br \/>Experience building Node.js \/ Express APIs<br \/>Experience working with MongoDB in production environments<br \/>Proven track record of shipping and maintaining real-world SaaS products<br \/>Ability to move a product from \u201cit works\u201d \u2192 reliable, scalable, and usable<br \/>Strong product-minded engineering mentality<br \/>Comfortable working without rigid specs and iterating quickly<br \/>Fluent English, written and verbal<br \/>Professional, collaborative, and proactive<br \/>Open to feedback and continuous improvement<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Role Is a Great Fit If You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enjoy taking ownership of real products from early stages<br \/>Like working close to founders and decision-makers<br \/>Have shipped SaaS products before and know where MVPs tend to break<br \/>Care deeply about code quality, maintainability, and scalability<br \/>Want meaningful impact on a product with real market potential<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><br \/>USD 3000 to 4000 per month&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We value real-world production experience over polished portfolios.
