We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to oversee, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms.<\/p>\n

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns<\/p>\n

Track daily campaign performance and transform data into actionable insights<\/p>\n

Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and targeting to improve CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS<\/p>\n

Test, analyze, and iterate ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to scale top-performing campaigns<\/p>\n

Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure aligned and effective marketing strategies<\/p>\n

Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid media opportunities<\/p>\n

What Will Make You Stand Out<\/p>\n

A background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field<\/p>\n

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking<\/p>\n

Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time<\/p>\n
