Proven success in launching and scaling card portfolios in the Middle East. <\/p>\n<h3>MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep expertise in credit card product lifecycle management <\/li>\n<li>Experience launching standalone or co\u2011branded card programmes <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks (e.g. UAE Central Bank) <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT <\/h3>\n<p>To lead the strategic setup and operational launch of a new independent credit card business. The role will define the product vision build and lead the team ensure regulatory compliance and drive market penetration and profitability. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Activities <\/h3>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Leadership: Shape the credit card business model aligning with the banks broader retail strategy and segment\u2011specific goals (mass affluent SME). <\/li>\n<li>Product Development: Design and launch a suite of credit card products with differentiated value propositions including digital\u2011first and premium offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Risk &#038; Compliance: Establish robust credit risk frameworks underwriting policies and ensure adherence to local and international regulations. <\/li>\n<li>P&#038;L Ownership: Manage the full P&#038;L of the credit card business including revenue cost and profitability levers. <\/li>\n<li>Team Building: Recruit structure and mentor a high\u2011performing team across product analytics operations and sales. <\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including regulators fintechs payment networks and loyalty partners. <\/li>\n<li>Innovation &#038; Digitalisation: Leverage AI\/ML tools for credit scoring fraud detection and personalised offers. Drive digital onboarding and omnichannel customer experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Regional Coordination: Align with regional hubs and support regional product innovation and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor &#038; Partner Management: Oversee selection and integration of processing platforms loyalty engines and collections partners etc <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>KPIs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Time\u2011to\u2011market for product launch <\/li>\n<li>Customer acquisition and activation rates <\/li>\n<li>Portfolio profitability (NIM fee income cost of risk) <\/li>\n<li>Credit loss ratios and delinquency metrics <\/li>\n<li>Digital origination and usage rates <\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction and NPS <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15years in Cards Management with 8years in a Head Of\/EVP level <\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelors degree in finance Economics Business or related field.
