Capital Markets <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end IPO readiness and execution (governance, reporting, advisors, roadshow, listing) <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators <\/li>\n<li>Oversee post\u2011listing compliance, investor relations, and market communications <\/li>\n<li>Full ownership of Group financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Drive performance management across all business units and geographies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Telecom Sector Expertise <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide financial oversight of telecom operations including CAPEX\u2011intensive infrastructure, spectrum investments, and network rollout <\/li>\n<li>Monitor key telecom KPIs (ARPU, churn, EBITDA margins, subscriber growth, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Support commercial teams with pricing, bundling, and market competitiveness analysis <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Excellence <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize cost structures and improve profitability across the Group <\/li>\n<li>Lead digital transformation within finance (systems, automation, analytics) <\/li>\n<li>Build and develop a high\u2011performing, internationally diverse finance team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Present financial performance and strategy to Board, investors, and external stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Act as a key interface with regulators across relevant jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Support corporate governance and ESG initiatives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements <\/h3>\n<h3>Experience &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a telecommunications or related infrastructure business <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in leading or playing a key role in an IPO (essential) <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of global capital markets, debt\/equity financing, and investor relations <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multi\u2011entity, multi\u2011country financial operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Expertise <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IFRS \/ international accounting standards <\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling, valuation, and capital allocation skills <\/li>\n<li>Experience with large\u2011scale CAPEX planning and ROI analysis <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Language Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written) \u2014 essential <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038;
