Role Overview <\/h3>\n

As part of the executive team, the CFO will direct financial planning, capital efficiency, compliance, and operational performance across all subsidiaries. The role requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and experience in media, large\u2011scale events, sponsorship revenue, and multi\u2011entity reporting. <\/p>\n

  1. Strategic Finance & Leadership <\/b>
    Define long\u2011term financial strategy with the CEO and Board.
    Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash\u2011flow planning, and capital allocation.
    Oversee M&A, investment analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting. <\/li>\n
  2. Media & Revenue Finance <\/b>
    Manage financial operations for content, licensing, partnerships, advertising, and digital revenue.
    Ensure IFRS\u202f15 compliance and profitability analysis across media activities. <\/li>\n
  3. Events Finance <\/b>
    Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, revenue reconciliation, and reporting for festivals and major events.
    Deliver real\u2011time dashboards and post\u2011event analysis. <\/li>\n
  4. Sponsorships & Stakeholder Reporting <\/b>
    Manage financial structures for sponsorships, funding, and grants.
    Ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and audit\u2011ready reporting. <\/li>\n
  5. Corporate Finance, Treasury & Risk <\/b>
    Lead cash management, banking relationships, financing, and risk management.
    Conduct scenario modelling and support fundraising or M&A readiness. <\/li>\n
  6. Compliance & Statutory Reporting <\/b>
    Ensure compliance with UAE CT, VAT, ESR, and all regulatory requirements.
    Lead IFRS\u202f18 readiness, e\u2011invoicing implementation, consolidation, and audits. <\/li>\n
  7. Oracle Fusion & Digital Transformation <\/b>
    Optimize Oracle Fusion ERP, automate workflows, and enhance BI and analytics.
    Implement AI\u2011driven forecasting and data\u2011driven financial processes. <\/li>\n
  8. Team Leadership <\/b>
    Lead and develop teams across finance functions.
    Build a high\u2011performance culture and strengthen cross\u2011functional collaboration. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s in Finance\/Accounting; MBA preferred. <\/li>\n
    • 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years at CFO\/senior leadership level. <\/li>\n
    • Media\/events or multi\u2011entity holding experience. <\/li>\n
    • Strong IFRS, tax, treasury, consolidation, and Oracle Fusion expertise. <\/li>\n
    • Preferred CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA. <\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, commercial acumen, and transformation leadership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
