This role is focused on executing and managing direct investments across a diversified real estate portfolio, with full ownership across the investment lifecycle. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the full lifecycle of real estate investments including origination, underwriting, execution, and ongoing asset management <\/li>\n<li>Drive complex transactions end-to-end, including financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing <\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed investment papers and present recommendations to investment committees <\/li>\n<li>Actively manage portfolio assets, identifying and executing value creation initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, operators, advisors, and other market participants <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic input on portfolio construction and market positioning <\/li>\n<li>Support and mentor junior team members <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Director: 12\u201315 years of experience <\/li>\n<li>Senior Director: 15\u201318+ years of experience <\/li>\n<li>Mandatory background in real estate private equity \/ direct investing (buyside) &#8211;
