Strategic Leadership &#038; Vision <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the overall brokerage strategy aligned with the companys short- and long-term objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Drive business expansion into emerging areas including new developer partnerships international investor segments and B2B channels. <\/li>\n<li>Regularly assess market dynamics legal frameworks and investment trends to adjust strategy proactively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Sales Team Development &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit onboard and retain a team of qualified and motivated property consultants and sales agents. <\/li>\n<li>Establish a structured performance management framework including KPIs sales targets and regular performance reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Create a competitive and empowering culture through ongoing training mentorship programs and clear career progression paths. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Developer &#038; Stakeholder Relationships <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and nurture strong commercial relationships with key Dubai developers such as Emaar DAMAC Sobha Nakheel Dubai Properties and others. <\/li>\n<li>Secure agency agreements exclusive launches and preferential commission structures to enhance profitability and first-mover advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for high-level developer negotiations partnership agreements and conflict resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Revenue Generation &#038; Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive revenue growth through diversified property portfolios cross-selling and innovative service offerings (property management relocation investment advisory). <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing team to convert digital leads implement CRM best practices and maximize ROI on campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Expand company visibility by attending international property expos investor roadshows and real estate forums. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Operational Management &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all daily operations of the brokerage division including property listings client servicing transaction management and after-sales support. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with RERA DLD and corporate governance standards in all processes and documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Implement robust systems and SOPs for lead tracking agent commission processing listings control and client database management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Financial Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare annual budgets and monitor monthly P&#038;L performance of the brokerage division. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize cost structures while ensuring quality lead generation training investment and competitive commission structures. <\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly quarterly and annual performance reports to the Board with insights and recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Technology Integration &#038; Digital Transformation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion adoption of digital tools including CRM systems (e.g. Property Finder Manager Salesforce HubSpot) ERP tools and data analytics platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee digital onboarding of new agents and ensure full usage of listing platforms (Bayut Property Finder Dubizzle etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Leverage automation for agent reporting client follow-ups document generation and campaign tracking. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.
