Total Rewards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3368217<\/p>\n<p><p>I am currently partnering with a privately owned global FMCG organisation to appoint a Group Total Reward, Compensation &#038; Analytics Director to lead the establishment of a Group Centre of Expertise for Reward, Compensation Architecture and Workforce Analytics. <\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic governance and modernisation mandate operating at Group level. <\/p>\n<p>The role will act as the intellectual and structural anchor for reward across multiple clusters, shaping compensation architecture, executive incentives and analytics capability while strengthening governance in a complex international environment. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and embed a unified Group Total Reward philosophy <\/li>\n<li>Design executive compensation and incentive architecture aligned to business performance <\/li>\n<li>Harmonise grading, job architecture and compensation frameworks across clusters <\/li>\n<li>Build advanced workforce analytics and compensation modelling capability <\/li>\n<li>Implement AI-enabled reward analytics and technology platforms <\/li>\n<li>Ensure governance resilience in regulated and sanctioned environments <\/li>\n<li>Translate compensation data into Board-level commercial insights <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role does not manage operational HR processes. <\/p>\n<p>It owns the architecture, governance and analytics behind how reward drives business performance. <\/p>\n<h3>Key requirements: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years\u2019 experience in Total Reward \/ Compensation \/ Workforce Analytics <\/li>\n<li>Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or complex multi-site environments <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated exposure to sanctioned or highly regulated markets <\/li>\n<li>Strong financial and commercial literacy (EBIT, margin, cost ratios) <\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel modelling and compensation analytics capability <\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing reward technology and analytics platforms <\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and Board stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Russian speaker would be highly preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a rare
