Enterprise Risk Framework (Group\u2011Wide) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build the Group Risk Framework covering market, liquidity, operational, cyber, compliance, technology, and credit risk <\/li>\n<li>Establish three\u2011lines\u2011of\u2011defence architecture across all trading platforms, OTC, treasury, and institutional desks <\/li>\n<li>Define risk appetite, limits, capital buffers, stress tests, and escalation protocols <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Trading Risk &#038; Market Surveillance <\/h3>\n<p>Implement real\u2011time risk engines for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foreign exchange, CFDs, and equities <\/li>\n<li>Cryptocurrency spot and perpetual futures <\/li>\n<li>Margin lending and leverage controls <\/li>\n<li>Copy trading risk controls (leader risk scoring, follower allocation limits) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Build surveillance systems for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Price manipulation <\/li>\n<li>Wash trading <\/li>\n<li>Abusive order flow <\/li>\n<li>Latency abuse <\/li>\n<li>Insider activity <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Create risk halts, kill switches, automatic deleveraging rules, and liquidation parameters. <\/p>\n<h3>3. Liquidity, Treasury &#038; Counterparty Risk <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee treasury operations for all fiat and digital asset flows <\/li>\n<li>Set counterparty onboarding criteria for liquidity providers, market makers, brokers, and custodians <\/li>\n<li>Define liquidity stress rules, intraday funding controls, and internal net\u2011off logic <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Digital Asset Custody Risk &#038; Governance <\/h3>\n<p>Take full ownership of risk governance within the digital asset custody ecosystem, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversight of policy engine rules, transaction signing policies, routing logic, and approval thresholds <\/li>\n<li>Designing MPC\u2011based workflow controls for withdrawals, deposits, internal transfers, and treasury movements <\/li>\n<li>Implementing segregation of wallets for retail clients, institutional clients, operational hot wallets, treasury cold wallets, and market\u2011making\/hedging wallets <\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring of transaction logs, risk alerts, and anomaly detection <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring no single point of failure exists in signing, approvals, or emergency access <\/li>\n<li>Periodic review of custody configurations to match changing regulatory obligations across all jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Integrating custody systems with internal risk dashboards for exposure tracking, counterparty monitoring, and liquidity risk <\/li>\n<li>Approving new workspace setups, vaults, and asset enablement requests <\/li>\n<li>Conducting quarterly access control, permissions, and role audits across all internal teams <\/li>\n<li>Designing emergency protocols for key recovery, platform downtime, transaction halts, and wallet compromise scenarios <\/li>\n<li>Owning the end\u2011to\u2011end digital asset custody risk framework across retail, institutional, OTC, and treasury operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Product Risk Governance <\/h3>\n<p><b>No product goes live without the CRO&#8217;s sign\u2011off. <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>This includes: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perpetual futures parameters <\/li>\n<li>Margin tiers <\/li>\n<li>Copy\u2011trading frameworks <\/li>\n<li>New tokens and new CFD assets <\/li>\n<li>Staking, earn, or structured products <\/li>\n<li>High\u2011frequency or high\u2011leverage products <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Regulatory &#038; Jurisdictional Risk <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure global alignment across Dubai VARA, Mauritius FSC, Poland VASP, FIU India, Cyprus, and any other jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation, audit trails, incident reporting, and risk capital assessment <\/li>\n<li>Engage with regulators directly when required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Operational Risk &#038; Business Continuity <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for all markets <\/li>\n<li>Create incident\u2011response playbooks across liquidity, pricing, technology, and compliance <\/li>\n<li>Ensure vendor risk management, infrastructure risk scoring, and data protection controls <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8.
