Agree overall budget and KPI targets as well as budget and targets per customer segments for the area\/cluster with Regional Head and delegate budget and targets to the Branch\/Cluster Managers in the area. Delivering the agreed budget &#038; KPI targets in that area with managing supporting and monitoring branches branch\/cluster managers sales &#038; service teams performance. <\/li>\n<li>Implements departmental policies systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural\/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a standardized quality costeffective service with high standard customer experience across all branches in that area. <\/li>\n<li>Explore and gather all needful details to create new business opportunities within the area in coordination with other Business Lines.
