This hands-on role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial oversight. <\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the strategic roadmap, aligning technical, operational, and commercial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead delivery of complex ITS, traffic control, tunnel, and EV infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and to specification. <\/li>\n<li>Own P&#038;L, develop revenue models (services, SaaS\/MaaS, O&#038;M, concessions), and drive sustainable growth. <\/li>\n<li>Provide senior technical guidance; oversee product\/service development and integration of emerging mobility solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulations, manage business risks, and implement continuity\/emergency plans. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipalities, transport authorities, and private partners. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a performance-driven, safety-first culture. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for operational optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s in Engineering, Transport Planning, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred. <\/li>\n<li>10\u201315 years\u2019 experience in transport systems, ITS, traffic management, or EV infrastructure, with at least 5 years in senior leadership\/GM roles. <\/li>\n<li>Proven record delivering complex transport projects and managing P&#038;L. <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen with experience in tendering, contracts, and partnership development. <\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge of ITS, SCADA\/tunnel control, EV ecosystems, and telematics\/IoT platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with government agencies;
