The ideal candidate blends exceptional leadership with deep knowledge in financial operations, budgeting, tax compliance, accounting oversight, digital assets, blockchain technology, and regulatory frameworks around digital assets. This role will shape the financial strategy, systems, controls, and capital structure of the company as we scale globally. You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO of Capital Vault and the Group CFO of Capital.com, lead all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build the financial infrastructure necessary for a rapidly evolving crypto environment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop financial strategy and planning: financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long\u2011term financial plans aligned with strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide decision\u2011making at the executive and board levels. <\/li>\n<li>Design financial team structure for the new crypto business line. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely month\u2011end and year\u2011end closes. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain strong internal controls, audit trails, reconciliation processes, and documentation standards. <\/li>\n<li>Establish accounting policies for both fiat and crypto transactions, including valuation, custody, revenue recognition, and cost tracking. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate annual audit processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate tax, VAT\/GST, payroll taxes, and digital asset\u2011specific tax requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee preparation of tax filings and liaise with internal tax teams and external advisors. <\/li>\n<li>Develop processes for tracking taxable events in crypto (staking, trading, conversions, token allocations, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company\u2019s financial operations meet evolving compliance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the company\u2019s crypto and fiat treasury: liquidity management, custody arrangements, yield strategies, and secure approval workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Establish policies for cash flow management, capital allocation, reserves, and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise treasury operations such as wallet management, exchange relationships, crypto\u2011to\u2011fiat conversions, and counterparty risk assessment. <\/li>\n<li>Build treasury dashboards to monitor balances, exposures, and operational flows in real time. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for banks, payment partners, exchanges, and liquidity providers. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and maintain operational banking setups, credit lines, working capital facilities, and LP agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth on\/off\u2011ramp infrastructure and optimise financial rails for efficiency and cost\u2011effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly management reports and board\u2011level reports, including financial decks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear and consistent reporting on cash flow, profitability, treasury positions, and financial performance metrics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience and Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years in finance roles (e.g., Financial Controller, Treasury, Accounting, Tax Reporting). <\/li>\n<li>5+ years experience managing finance teams. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in high\u2011growth fintech or crypto startups or financial brokerages. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build and scale finance teams and systems. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multi\u2011entity, multi\u2011jurisdiction operations is a strong plus. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Professional designations such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a significant advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, GAAP\/IFRS, cash management, and internal controls. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with crypto transaction flows, custody models, and Web3 financial tooling (or willingness to learn quickly). <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and mastery of financial modelling. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross\u2011functionally. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating both strategically and hands\u2011on in a startup environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you will get in return <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary aligned with industry standards. <\/li>\n<li>Work\u2011life harmony and a supportive culture. <\/li>\n<li>Annual performance bonus tied to key metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Generous time off and paid vacation. <\/li>\n<li>Employee referral program rewards. <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health and pension benefits. <\/li>\n<li>30 extra days of remote work per year (subject to restrictions). <\/li>\n<li>Two paid volunteer days per year to support community causes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights!
