Reporting directly to the President of the country you will manage a strategic scope including 20 agencies 8 laboratories 400 employees and a turnover of 50 million euros. <\/p>\n<h3>Scope Description <\/h3>\n<p>The Energy &#038; Chemicals Commodities Business Unit brings together several key activities across mainland France and overseas territories: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>OGC: <\/b> Laboratory inspections and analyses <\/li>\n<li><b>PTO: <\/b> Loading and unloading operations (loading master services) <\/li>\n<li><b>OCM: <\/b> Oil analysis (lubricants) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our sites specialize in petroleum products biofuels and a wide range of chemical products. We serve major players in the oil chemical and petrochemical industries leveraging the strength and reputation of the international SGS network. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Operational Management: <\/b> Oversee the daily operations through a team of SBU (Strategic Business Unit) managers ensuring smooth and efficient execution of activities. <\/li>\n<li><b>Leadership &#038; Team Engagement: <\/b> Lead and engage a workforce of 400 employees across multiple sites primarily located near port areas. Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Serve as Chair of the Works Council (CSE) within your scope. <\/li>\n<li><b>Business Development: <\/b> Define and implement strategies for both organic and external growth in close collaboration with the sales and business intelligence teams. <\/li>\n<li><b>Performance &#038; Optimization: <\/b> Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality. <\/li>\n<li><b>Internal Synergies: <\/b> Build strong connections between the BUs various areas of expertise to optimize overall performance. <\/li>\n<li><b>Strategic Reporting: <\/b> Provide regular and reliable reporting to the Executive Management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering degree (ideally complemented by an MBA or management training) <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a multisite executive role with strong operational focus <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership excellent management skills and ability to navigate complex environments <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) <\/li>\n<li>Ability to design and successfully implement growth strategies    <\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of the Energy\/Chemicals sector (or related industries) is highly valued <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in operations and process improvement <\/li>\n<li>Indepth understanding of one or more relevant sectors and their current trends <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join Us <\/h3>\n<p>This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and continuous improvement within our Business Unit.
