Sustainability is responsible for embedding environmental, social, and governance principles as a core driver of business strategy, operational excellence, and competitive advantage across Arena Group\u2019s Middle East operations. <\/p>\n<p>The role leads the transition of sustainability from compliance-focused activity to measurable value creation, ensuring ESG directly influences infrastructure design, capital investment, supply chain performance, client propositions, and long-term business growth. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the implementation and evolution of Arena\u2019s regional ESG strategy aligned with Group direction and regional business plans. <\/li>\n<li>Embed ESG principles into operational decision\u2011making, governance frameworks, and business planning. <\/li>\n<li>Advise senior leadership on ESG risks, opportunities, and regulatory developments. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor emerging ESG standards and ensure regional readiness and alignment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Infrastructure &#038; Operational Transformation <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive decarbonisation, circular economy, and resource efficiency initiatives across temporary infrastructure operations. <\/li>\n<li>Embed sustainability into design standards, material selection, asset strategy, and project delivery models. <\/li>\n<li>Promote innovation in reuse, modularity, and waste reduction. <\/li>\n<li>Influence capital investment decisions to enhance long\u2011term environmental and commercial performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Commercial &#038; Client Engagement <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Position ESG as a commercial differentiator in bids, tenders, and client engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Support revenue growth through ESG\u2011led solutions and value propositions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop business cases demonstrating ROI and risk mitigation through sustainability initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Represent Arena with clients, regulators, and industry bodies on ESG matters. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with ISO 20121, ISO 14001, and regional regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee ESG data integrity, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate ESG requirements into supplier and subcontractor contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Manage ESG\u2011related risk mitigation and governance reporting. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Leadership &#038; Team Development <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a high\u2011performing regional sustainability team. <\/li>\n<li>Build ESG capability across business functions through coaching and collaboration. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Education &#038;
