About the Role: <\/h3>\n

We are seeking an accomplished Group CFO (Chartered Accountant) <\/b> to join a leading group of companies operating within the mining sector with interests across metals minerals precious stones and coal. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic financial leadership mining industry expertise and multinational exposure preferably within the African continent. <\/p>\n

This is a pivotal leadership role based in \u062f\u0628\u064a <\/b> responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy across the groups diverse operations driving financial planning risk management and compliance. <\/p>\n

  • Develop and execute the groups financial strategy aligned with its longterm business goals. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes (FP&A). <\/li>\n
  • Monitor performance and implement corrective measures to optimize financial outcomes. <\/li>\n
  • Manage cash flow investments and capital structuring to ensure financial health. <\/li>\n
  • Provide strategic input on mergers acquisitions and divestitures. <\/li>\n
  • Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations (including Africaspecific taxation). <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies. <\/li>\n
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming finance team across geographies. <\/li>\n
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks insurance coverage and internal controls. <\/li>\n
  • Report to the Group CEO and advise the board on all financial matters. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Requirements: <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) <\/b> with strong academic and professional credentials. <\/li>\n
    • Minimum 15 years of experience <\/b> with at least 5 in a senior finance leadership role (Group CFO \/ Finance Director level). <\/li>\n
    • Proven exposure to the mining industry <\/b> (metals minerals precious stones coal). <\/li>\n
    • Experience working across international markets <\/b> preferably with knowledge of African taxation and regulatory environments. <\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) <\/b> is highly desirable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
