The role requires strong capacity for overseeing the financial strategy planning and operations of the company. <\/p>\n<h3>Tasks <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee cash flow management and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for city operations and obligations. <\/li>\n<li>Design and approve capital projects ensuring efficient allocation of budget resources. <\/li>\n<li>Provide high\u2011level financial analysis and input on investment decisions to evaluate the economic viability of development projects. <\/li>\n<li>Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies for liquidity, credit, currency exchange and tax implications. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee development of the city\u2019s annual budget and financial plan. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee asset performance monitoring ensuring returns align with financial goals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead procurement strategies ensuring cost\u2011effective and reliable vendor contracts and partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Set up and continuously improve the organization\u2019s financial technology infrastructure for decision\u2011making and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Direct human resources operations including employee recruitment, training, benefits management and administrative support. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee strategic communication initiatives including public messaging, crisis communication and maintaining relations with stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance) within real estate development, construction or a related sector. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in fundraising, debt structuring and managing relationships with investors and lenders. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of real estate project finance, investment modelling and cash flow in financial governance, compliance and risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workload \/ Location <\/h3>\n<p>Full\u2011time. Based in the UAE or Egypt.
