Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the group-wide engineering strategy aligned with business growth, platform scalability, and long-term technology vision. <\/li>\n<li>Lead multiple engineering teams across backend, frontend, mobile, platform, and infrastructure functions. <\/li>\n<li>Establish clear engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across all development teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Platform Delivery &#038; Technical Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-availability trading, brokerage, and fintech platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability across global markets and high-volume environments. <\/li>\n<li>Guide architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and modernization initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People &#038; Organization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, mentor, and retain strong engineering leadership, including Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Architects. <\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of accountability, quality, continuous improvement, and ownership across engineering teams. <\/li>\n<li>Support workforce planning, team structure optimization, and succession planning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, and Operations teams to ensure aligned delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into executable engineering plans with clear timelines and priorities. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure engineering practices comply with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Implement delivery metrics, performance monitoring, and reporting to track engineering effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate technical debt, delivery risks, and scalability challenges. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Experience &#038;
