HPE Synergy Blade Server Deployment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on experience in deployment of HPE Synergy composable infrastructure including Frame Link Modules (FLM) Composer\/OneView and Virtual Connect modules. <\/li>\n<li>Configure server profiles templates network fabrics and firmware baselines. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate Synergy with VMware and storage backends (3PAR All eTra). <\/li>\n<li>Perform health monitoring firmware upgrades and scalability planning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. HPE Storage Deployment (3PAR \/ MSA \/ Alletra) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on experience in implementation of block and file storage solutions using HPE 3PAR MSA and Alletra arrays. <\/li>\n<li>Configure Storage Virtual Volumes (VV) CPGs Remote Copy Replication Thin Provisioning and Adaptive Optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate storage with VMware ESXi Veeam and backup solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Perform zoning and multipathing validation on connected SAN fabrics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. HPE SAN Switches &#038; Fabric Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy and manage HPE\/Brocade\/FC SAN Switches including zoning ISL trunking and port configurations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure SAN redundancy and high availability for production clusters. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance apply firmware updates and manage SAN fabric expansion. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. HPE Tape Library <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and configure HPE MSL Tape Libraries for backup and archival operations. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate with backup tools via FC\/iSCSI connectivity. <\/li>\n<li>Define backup jobs retention policies and test restore operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Veeam Backup &#038; Replication <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design deploy and configure Veeam Backup &#038; Replication infrastructure for VMware environments. <\/li>\n<li>Manage backup repositories proxies SOBR (Scale-Out Backup Repository) and tape-out workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Implement backup encryption immutability and SureBackup testing. <\/li>\n<li>Perform DR replication and restore testing to validate RTO\/RPO compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. VMware vCenter &#038; Virtualization Deployment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy and configure vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) and ESXi hosts. <\/li>\n<li>Configure clusters DRS HA vMotion and storage policies. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate VMware with HPE OneView 3PAR and Veeam. <\/li>\n<li>Perform lifecycle management patching and resource optimization. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The role involves solution implementation migration performance optimization and lifecycle management across HPE datacenter environments. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in Planning conducting and supporting ESXi version upgrades and migrations from legacy system to latest version. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth capability and understanding of Datacenter and Virtualization technologies and their application. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in analyzing Client infrastructure to ensure that the infrastructure is ready for the Datacenter and Virtualization. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to create technical design documents and work with Project Managers and Technical managers in implementing project \/ BAU work. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle the project alone and detail the project technical task with customer. <\/li>\n<li>Should have strong implementation experience in implementation backup solutions in Comm\u200bvault and Veeam. <\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and Understanding of Tape Backup and disk backup Tape libraries. <\/li>\n<li>Develop project document update internal documentation and configuration items. <\/li>\n<li>Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Keep the environment by updating the system on periodic basis. <\/li>\n<li>Proactive in resolving support requests escalated from services delivery team. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and be an example to fellow team members. <\/li>\n<li>Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need. <\/li>\n<li>HPE MASE certification is added advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Having cross operating system knowledge and experience in both Linux and Windows is added advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table. <\/li>\n<li>Critical customer incidents\/breakdowns troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team. <\/li>\n<li>Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CERTIFICATIONS: <\/h3>\n<p>HPE-MASE- Edge to Cloud or Storage <\/p>\n<p>HPE-ASE <\/p>\n<p>HPE-ATP <\/p>\n<p>VMware-VCP <\/p>\n<h3>TECHNICAL SKILLS \/ COMPETENCIES: <\/h3>\n<h3>MANDATORY <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Working Knowledge on below Technologies: <\/li>\n<li>HPE Synergy L3 <\/li>\n<li>HPE Storage -L3 <\/li>\n<li>Enterprise Backup Solutions (Commvault Veeam and Networker) L2 <\/li>\n<li>VMware-L2 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Competency Levels <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>HPE Greenlake Synergy and Storage L3 <\/li>\n<li>VMware L2 <\/li>\n<li>Windows Server Operating Systems (Enterprise) L2 <\/li>\n<li>HCI &#8211;
