This role is critical to ensuring that risk-based thinking is embedded across all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) and that quality operations support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strategic business objectives. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk Management Leadership\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain an effective risk management framework compliant with ICH Q9, GMP, and corporate policies. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and facilitate formal risk assessments (e.g., FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis) for manufacturing, engineering, and quality systems. <\/li>\n<li>Promote risk-based thinking across core QMS processes including CAPA, change control, audits, deviations, and validation activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Risk Governance and Monitoring\n<ul>\n<li>Track and manage risk mitigation plans, ensuring timely execution, effectiveness of controls, and documentation of outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Lead periodic risk reviews and maintain updated site-level risk registers. <\/li>\n<li>Define, monitor, and report on key risk indicators (KRIs\/KPIs) to assess the maturity and performance of the risk management program. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Training &#038; Culture Enablement\n<ul>\n<li>Provide training, coaching, and guidance on risk management tools, methodologies, and best practices across cross\u2011functional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Champion a culture of proactive risk identification, analysis, and control. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>QMS Oversight and Continuous Improvement\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the lifecycle and compliance of key QMS components, including audits (internal and external), deviations, documentation, change control, CAPA, and customer complaints. <\/li>\n<li>Support Data Integrity and documentation compliance initiatives across all quality\u2011related systems. <\/li>\n<li>Streamline quality processes and documentation for enhanced usability, efficiency, and compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and Cross-Functional Engagement\n<ul>\n<li>Enable cross\u2011functional risk\u2011based decision\u2011making aligned with regulatory and business priorities. <\/li>\n<li>Drive harmonization of local risk management processes with global corporate quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in site\u2011level strategic planning by integrating risk and quality perspectives into long\u2011term goals and objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments regarding QMS performance, risk posture, and key quality challenges. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with company standards, GMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and international quality requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Core Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in risk management methodologies and QMS frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and audit processes. <\/li>\n<li>Effective leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced problem\u2011solving and analytical abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in quality improvement tools and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Business acumen with focus on cost\u2011efficiency and strategic decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and strength in managing organizational change. <\/li>\n<li>Results\u2011oriented with a structured, process\u2011driven mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent time, task, and team management capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>A solution\u2011focused mindset with sound judgment in complex situations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to foster collaboration across functional areas. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Pharmacy is required; a Master\u2019s degree or higher qualification is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications in Risk Management, Quality Management, or related fields (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) are highly desirable. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, with a focus on Risk Management and QMS. <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and global regulatory standards. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We value people from different backgrounds.
