production process for all video and creative content. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all stages of video production from concept to delivery, including pre\u2011production, shooting, and post\u2011production. <\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of producers, editors, videographers, and content creators, ensuring high\u2011quality output. <\/li>\n<li>Manage production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met across multiple projects. <\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and manage budgets for all production\u2011related tasks. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and mentor production team members, enhancing their technical skills and creative growth. <\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration between creative teams, producers, and external stakeholders to ensure a unified vision. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communication between the production team, creative teams, and client servicing. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the social media, creative, and strategy teams to align production efforts with overall content strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure content is optimized for social media platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all video and digital content. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain high production quality standards across all deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest production technologies, techniques, and social media trends to incorporate into the production process. <\/li>\n<li>Encourage experimentation with new formats, storytelling techniques, and video styles that drive engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular status updates on production projects to leadership and clients. <\/li>\n<li>Address any production challenges or bottlenecks in a timely and efficient manner. <\/li>\n<li>Manage production budgets, ensuring cost\u2011effectiveness and efficiency without compromising quality. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with external vendors and contractors when necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Forecast and report on production costs, and suggest improvements for process optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and refine production workflows and processes to improve efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all productions adhere to legal requirements, copyright laws, and best practices for social media content. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 12 years of experience in video production, with a focus on social media content. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing a production team and multiple projects simultaneously. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, trends, and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and teams. <\/li>\n<li>In\u2011depth knowledge of video production tools, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects), and post\u2011production workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with different content formats (short\u2011form, vertical video, GIFs, etc.) and knowledge of video optimization for social platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Strong creative instincts with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling social media content, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of how to engage audiences on social media. <\/li>\n<li>Strong budgeting, resource management, and scheduling skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011solving skills and
