This is a critical role dedicated to aggressively protecting and enforcing our company&#8217;s valuable intellectual property rights across the globe. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with deep, hands-on experience managing a wide array of IP disputes, including trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret matters. You will be responsible for developing and executing <b>robust global enforcement strategies <\/b>, ranging from sophisticated online brand protection and anti-piracy actions to complex, cross-border litigation. IP Litigation Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a global portfolio of high-stakes <b>IP litigation <\/b>, including trademark and copyright infringement lawsuits, patent disputes, and trade secret misappropriation cases. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies, from initial case assessment and pre-litigation counseling through discovery, trial, and appeal. <\/li>\n<li>Select, instruct, and manage outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring effective, high-quality, and cost-efficient case handling. <\/li>\n<li>Draft and review complex legal briefs, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in direct negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Global IP Enforcement &#038; Brand Protection <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement a proactive, worldwide IP enforcement program to combat infringement, counterfeiting, and piracy across physical and digital channels. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee critical <b>online brand protection <\/b> efforts, including managing domain name disputes (UDRP), social media takedowns, and marketplace monitoring and enforcement. <\/li>\n<li>Manage global trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings to protect the integrity of our brand portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with customs authorities and law enforcement agencies globally to execute anti-counterfeiting strategies and physical seizures. <\/li>\n<li>Advise on complex issues related to intermediary liability and safe harbor provisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Strategic Counseling &#038; Risk Mitigation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert legal advice to business, marketing, and product teams on <b>IP risks <\/b> associated with new products, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough IP-related due diligence for M&#038;A and other corporate transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the broader IP team in developing and refining global IP prosecution and portfolio management strategies based on enforcement trends and litigation outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Educate and train internal stakeholders on best practices for IP protection and risk management across the organization. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications and Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Jurisdiction: <\/b> Qualified to practice law in a major common law or civil law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, USA, EU member state, etc.). <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> Minimum of <b>7-10 years <\/b> of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation and enforcement.
