You\u2019ll build and scale sales pipelines, identify high\u2011impact partnership opportunities and drive them from pilot to full adoption. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Middle East GTM Strategy: Define and execute a bespoke go\u2011to\u2011market plan for pilot offerings\u2014aligning with global strategy, tailored to local nuances and verticals <\/li>\n<li>Build and Scale Sales Pipelines: Identify high\u2011impact opportunities, manage full\u2011cycle sales from prospecting to closing, and forecast pipeline growth in your region <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate Cross\u2011Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape localized messaging, assets, and customer\u2011journey frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Coach &#038; Mentor: Guide and develop local sales or pilot execution team members. Amplify best practices across regions <\/li>\n<li>Deliver Results: Own regional KPIs: pilot adoption rate, conversion to scale, ARR\/ACV growth, regional revenue targets <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in media sales or measurement strategy\u2014especially within pilot or beta\u2011stage offerings <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in selling to large brand\/agency clients, utilizing data\/measurement\u2011led value propositions <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of measurement solutions: MTA, attribution models, incrementality testing, marketing analytics <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with strong regional network and go\u2011to\u2011market planning experience <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional cross\u2011border stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English and Arabic proficiency (writing and verbal) <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast\u2011paced SaaS\/beta environment with ambiguity and quick pivoting <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing or influencing across cross\u2011functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, CS) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Haves <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with WhatsApp or Meta ecosystem pilots is a strong plus <\/li>\n<li>Background in consulting or analytics agencies (e.g., Nielsen, Adjust, Apps Flyer, Kantar, Ebiquity, Accenture) <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with digital adtech ecosystems: DSPs, CDPs, analytics suites <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budget <\/h3>\n<p>The budget range for this role is \u20ac6,600\/Month &#8211; \u20ac8,750\/Month, depending on the candidate\u2019s level of experience and fit with the position requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>Background Check Notice <\/h3>\n<p>By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that 360Dialog may conduct a background check as part of the recruitment and selection process.
