The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a proven track record of successful implementations. The ideal candidate should be present in UAE or eligible to work in UAE <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0646\u0648\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u0629: <\/b> Full-Time <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0642\u0639: <\/b> UAE (Remote) <\/p>\n<h3>Essential Functions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 SCM and WMS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for supply chain, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and procurement processes <\/li>\n<li>Configure and customize D365 Supply Chain &#038; WMS to optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, inbound\/outbound logistics, and order fulfillment <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement warehouse automation solutions, including mobile device integrations, barcode scanning, and IoT-enabled logistics <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with technical teams to develop integrations with third-party logistics providers (3PL), transportation management systems (TMS), and external applications <\/li>\n<li>Define and execute data migration strategies, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to D365 <\/li>\n<li>Provide user training, workshops, and post-implementation support to enhance system adoption and operational efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and business continuity <\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices for supply chain optimization and warehouse efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, feature releases, and industry trends, ensuring continuous improvement in solutions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX\/D365 SCM &#038; WMS implementations, with at least 5 years of hands\u2011on experience in supply chain and warehouse management <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics workflows <\/li>\n<li>Experience in warehouse automation, including RFID, barcode scanning, handheld devices, and pick\u2011pack\u2011ship operations <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of integration strategies with third\u2011party logistics providers (3PL), transportation management, and e\u2011commerce platforms <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in data migration, system configuration, and process optimization <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert certification preferred <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills <\/li>\n<li>Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industries is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
